history of K3 Business Solutions
K3 Business Solutions was founded after the merger of Landsteinar Nederland and K3 Business Technology Group plc from the UK. As a result of this merge we changed our formal name from Landsteinar Nederland to K3 Business Solutions B.V.
In 2010 K3 acquired all activities, customers and employees of Pebblestone Nederland, to better meet the needs of our customers. On the 29th of June 2010 we also became the owner of the intellectual property (IP) and distribution rights of Pebblestone Fashion, the software solution for companies in the fashion industry.
Hence, we focus on the integration of our wholesale and retail activities through the K3 principal Where wholesale meets retail and we are the biggest reseller of Pebblestone Fashion. K3 Software Solutions, the ISV (Independent Software Vendor) of the K3 BTG focuses on the further development of the solution.
Today, K3 has subsidiaries in Nootdorp, Hengelo and Singapore with over 80 employees. The wider K3 group also has offices in the UK with over 300 employees.
